There doesn’t seem to be any way out for Aston Villa now. They come into this game still at the bottom of the Premier League, with 12 points sitting between them and safety. To add woe upon woe they are also managerless after parting company with Remi Garde after just over 150 days in charge.

Guus Hiddink remains unbeaten in the Premier League since his appointment at Stamford Bridge, and three of his last five Premier League games have resulted in a victory for the resurgent champions.

This has propelled them up to 10th in the Premier League table, and with just nine points between them and the top five they will still feel that they have a chance of making it into Europe next season.

Away from home Chelsea have won four of their last five Premier League matches and are unbeaten in six trips away. This includes impressive wins over Arsenal and an in form Southampton as well as a dismantling of Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park.

I can’t see Chelsea failing to win this game, and it’s just a matter of how many they win it by. I think they’ll bag a few goals, especially with Cesc Fabregas high on confidence after his match saving brace against West Ham.
