Barnet vs Blackpool Predictions & Betting Tips, Match Preview

Barnet have started the season in excellent fashion and they will be delighted with their position in the table. They sit in second place after the opening two games and are only separated from the league leaders Luton by goal difference. After starting the season with a solid point from well fancied Cambridge United they followed that up with a comfortable victory over Accrington Stanley at the weekend. Boss Martin Allen challenged his side not to be average before that game and if they maintain that level then they will be a challenge for any side in the division.

The last time Blackpool fell into League Two they began the campaign in identical fashion to this season with a victory in the opening game by a two goal margin. They also progressed in the League Cup but they followed that up without a win in the following nine fixtures. Gary Bowyer would certainly take the end result of that campaign to be repeated this year after they went up via the play-offs but he will know if they are to put themselves in that position then a result on Tuesday would be a large step towards it.
