Dortmund can see off Bilbao

Borussia Dortmund were held to a 4-4 draw by Juventus in their league phase opener but they can pick up their first Champions League win of the season by seeing off the out-of-sorts Athletic Bilbao at Westfalenstadion on Wednesday.

Juve scored two injury-time goals to deny BVB a win in Turin two weeks ago, while Bilbao slipped to a 2-0 loss at home to Arsenal in their European opener.

The Spanish side made a strong start to the season with three successive wins but they haven’t picked up a victory since August, with four defeats and one draw in five games since – scoring just once in the process.

Dortmund remain unbeaten across all competitions and they have four clean sheets in their last five games.
