Borussia M'gladbach vs Hamburg Predictions, Betting Tips, & Match Preview

Defeats in a series of difficult fixtures against Bayer Leverkusen, RB Leipzig, Freiburg, reigning champions Bayern Munich and, most recently, the in-form Hertha Berlin have left Hamburg standing rock bottom in the Bundesliga. Borussia Monchengladbach, who had a similarly slow start in the Bundesliga last season, are having no such difficulty this time around under the guidance of Andre Schubert. Although M’gladbach are “under-performing” and off-pace for the top four finish they’ll be aiming for this season, the hosts thrive at home and will be confident to further extend their record here against the out of form Hamburg, despite the absence of Brazilian centre forward Raffeal.

However, also notable is that they have conceded exactly one goal in four of their last five at home.
