Braintree’s recent good form in the Conference National has pushed them back into the playoff zone of the league, and a position within the Football League is now a distinct possibility coming into the final game of the season. They just need a point to secure a playoff spot and fend off the challenge of Tranmere, but a win could send them up to 3rd position.

This game could be a lot more competitive if Braintree didn’t have anything to play for, but they need a result to secure a playoff spot and know that a win could send them up to 3rd.
