Brommapojkarna vs Osters IF Predictions

Goals in short supply

Sunday’s Allsvenskan clash between Brommapojkarna and Osters at Grimsta IP is unlikely to produce many goals. No team has had fewer over 2.5 goals games in the Allsvenskan than Osters’ ten this term, and ten of their 14 matches this season have gone under 2.5 goals.

Both teams have lost more games than they’ve won this season, but Brommapojkarna are five places above Osters in the table. The hosts, who have five wins and eight losses, sit tenth, while Osters are 15th with three wins and eight defeats.

Brommapojkarna’s six-match Allsvenskan form shows two wins and four defeats, and they have won just one of their last eight home games. Osters were 2-1 winners over Degerfors in May and have had some winnable games recently, taking on three of the bottom four and claiming five points from those matches.

Both teams have been disappointing up front this season. No team has failed to score in more Allsvenskan games than Osters, who have gone seven games without a goal in 14 matches, while Brommapojkarna have failed to net in five of their last seven home games.

Under 2.5 goals has been a winning bet in five of Brommapojkarna’s last seven Allsvenskan home games.

It could be hard to separate these two sides, with the 1-1 draw looking a decent correct-score bet. Four of Osters’ last five Allsvenskan games have ended with both sides scoring, and this game could follow suit.
