Narrow victory for hosts

Cadiz have enjoyed success in six of their last seven home games in La Liga 2 and they should be backed to get the win when Huesca visit Nuevo Mirandilla on Sunday.

Both teams have won more games than they’ve lost this season. Cadiz are third in La Liga 2 with four wins, three draws and one loss, while Huesca are sixth having won four, drawn one and lost three.

Cadiz have been impressive defensively at home this season, conceding just one goal in four La Liga 2 games – an average of 0.25 goals per game. They have kept out their opponents in five of their last seven home matches.

The hosts are on a roll. Cadiz have gone seven home games unbeaten in La Liga 2 and have lost just one of their last ten at home in the division.

Huesca’s recent results have been a mixed bag, with three wins and three defeats in their last six outings. They lost 1-0 to 19th-placed Granada.

The visitors’ defence has been far from solid. Huesca have failed to keep a clean sheet in 17 of their last 20 games in La Liga 2.

A narrow 1-0 victory for Cadiz looks the most likely outcome in the correct-score market. Six of their last eight La Liga 2 games have had fewer than three goals, and all four of their successes this season have been by the odd goal.
