Danes to claim warm-up victory

Denmark face a rematch of their Euro 2020 semi-final with England this summer and they’re warming up for the tournament in Germany with encounters against their neighbours. The Danes host Sweden and Norway – two sides who failed to make the finals.

The Swedes have little motivation here outside of pride and they visit Parken with nine defeats across their last 13 away matches. Sweden were thumped 5-2 at Portugal in March and they suffered a 3-0 hammering at Azerbaijan in their final trip of 2023.

The Swedes won only three of eight games in qualifying for the Euros and they’re heading to a Denmark side who tend to impress at home. Having group games in Copenhagen acted as a springboard for them in 2021 and the Danes have won eight of their last nine internationals at home.
