      Both Teams To Score

      Reason for tip

Both teams have scored in eight of Hibernian’s last nine matches, as well as two of Partizan’s last three, and looks the best bet at Easter Road. Belgrade failed to net in the first leg but their 34th-minute red card was partly to blame for that and they arrive in the Scottish capital following a 7-2 rout of Napredak.

      Draw 1-1

      Reason for tip

Partizan will be chasing the tie and while they should score in Edinburgh, a win could prove beyond them. Hibs have gone 15 matches without suffering a defeat in 90 minutes at Easter Road and can extend that run to 16 by securing a draw and their spot in the play-off round on Thursday.

      Hibernian vs Partizan Belgrade Predictions

      • Hibernian have gone 15 home games without losing in 90 minutes, winning ten of those matches
      • Partizan have won just one of their last five away matches in European competition
      • Both teams to score has been a winning bet in eight of Hibs’ last nine games

Partizan poised to make a game of it in Edinburgh

The effects of Hibernian’s impressive 2-0 win over Partizan were on full show on Sunday as they were held to a 2-2 draw by Kilmarnock.

However, that result means Hibs have now gone seven games without losing in 90 minutes – they were beaten in extra-time by Midtjylland in the Europa League before dropping into the Conference League – and they will be confident of reaching the play-off round after their victory in Belgrade.

Their home form is exemplary, with no 90-minute defeats in 15 at Easter Road, although shutting out a tie-chasing Partizan could prove a difficult task on Thursday.

Hibs heading for the play-off round

The Serbian side will have been disappointed to lose the first leg and they would have fared better had Vukasin Djurdjevic not been dismissed in the 34th minute.

Partizan bounced back in style by thrashing Napredak 7-2 in the Serbian top flight on Sunday, meaning they have now netted 16 goals across their last six matches, highlighting the attacking threat they possess.

Hibernian should still progress, and may even win on the night, but both teams have scored in eight of their last nine matches and a Partizan side pushing to stay in the competition should have enough to net at Easter Road.
