Huddersfield vs Sheffield Wednesday Betting Tips & Predictions

This has the potential to be a really good game between two sides that like to play football and have been scoring plenty of goals this season. Huddersfield went into the international break with a thumping 4-1 win in a Yorkshire derby at Leeds but they were beaten 3-1 by Burnley in their most recent home game. The Terriers have little to play for but they will be right up for this one against the Owls, who will bring a large following so it should be a great atmosphere. Huddersfield have an 8 point cushion on the bottom 3 so should be safe but will feel better if they can get another win on the board.

Wednesday meanwhile are right in the thick of the battle for a play-off place. They’ve won their last two matches 3-0 against Nottingham Forest and Charlton and seem to be over their dip in form. They are currently 6th and have a 3 point cushion on Cardiff below them but there a couple of other sides who will still fancy their chances of a top 6 finish so Wednesday need to finish well to ensure they are in the play-offs.

This game really looks like it could have a lot of goals in it.
