Black Cats can bounce back against struggling Hull 

Sunderland let a 1-0 lead slip against West Brom, on Monday, but are strongly fancied to bounce back to winning ways against a struggling Hull side. Tony Mowbray’s side have taken seven points from their last three away matches and boast the fourth-best away record in the Championship. The Black Cats can be backed at a best-priced 2/1 for Saturday’s visit to the MKM Stadium and make plenty of appeal at those odds.

Hosts unworthy favourites  

Hull have been chalked up as favourites for Saturday’s clash against Sunderland, but the hosts make little appeal having lost seven of their last eight home matches. The Tigers picked at a point at Watford last weekend, in what was their first league game after the four-week World Cup break. Hull have now won one of their last six in the league, which came against Cardiff – Saturday’s hosts face a much tougher test on Saturday, and you’d be hard pressed to make a convincing case for a home win in this one. 

Sunderland to win in the outright market will be the main selection for Saturday’s game, with a 2-1 away victory forming the correct score prediction. Both teams have scored in four of Sunderland’s last six away matches.
