Kalmar FF vs Orgryte IS Predictions

Hosts fancied to come out on top

Kalmar were relegated from the Swedish top flight last season but they have made a solid start to their quest to make an immediate return to the Allsvenskan, going unbeaten in their first 12 games of the campaign to sit top of the Superettan table.

They host Orgryte on Sunday and should be able to pick up another victory. The visitors are only four points behind their hosts in the table but their away record leaves a bit to be desired, they are yet to win on their travels and have lost two of their five road trips. Orgryte were beaten 3-2 Bryge last time out and have now conceded six goals in their last two away games. In sharp contrast with that are Kalmar, who have been excellent at home.

Toni Koskela’s men have won all five of their games in their own back yard this season and look set to make their considerable home advantage count once more. Side with Kalmar to maintain their position at the top of the table with another victory at the Guldfagen Arena.

Both teams have scored in six of Orgryte’s eight matches this season and they are fancied to do so in defeat, take a 2-1 win for the hosts for correct score purposes.
