Last season’s fourth-place finishers LASK started the new campaign in perfect fashion with a 6-0 drubbing of Regionalliga side Marchfeld in the Austrian Cup before taking three points in a 1-0 win over Rheindorf Altach in their Bundesliga curtain raiser last weekend.
