Victory for Porto on the road
Porto travel to Moreirense on Monday hoping to pick up three points and increase the pressure on Sporting Lisbon at the top of the league.
Moreirense have struggled in recent weeks with just two wins in their last 10 games and they sit in eighth place, safe from relegation but unable to qualify for Europe. There isn’t much to play for for the hosts this week but they will have plenty of motivation coming up against Porto.
The visitors have won seven in a row in the league, cutting the deficit to Sporting Lisbon at the top to just four points. The title looked out of reach a few weeks ago but Porto are now unbeaten in 22 games and are applying real pressure on the current leaders.
This fixture has broken the 2.5 goal line in five of the last six meetings and with Porto looking to pick up as many points as possible we think that line could be beaten once more. We’re forecasting a 3-0 win for Porto as the continue their title challenge.
