Nantes vs Paris FC Predictions

Goals could be at a premium when Nantes host Paris in Ligue 1 on Sunday, and under 2.5 goals looks the best bet.

Both teams are at the wrong end of Ligue 1, with Nantes 16th on three wins, five draws and nine defeats from their 17 games this season, and Paris one place above them, having won four, drawn four and lost nine.

Nantes have scored an average of just 0.75 goals a game in their four Ligue 1 games against other teams in the bottom five this season, failing to score in two of those games. Paris, meanwhile, have failed to win three of their four away games against other bottom-half teams.

Nantes are struggling to get wins, having failed to win seven of their last eight Ligue 1 games, while Paris have gone six league games without winning, with their last two matches ending in defeat.

Paris can edge this, with a 1-0 correct score in favour of the visitors looking like a decent bet. Nantes have lost four of their last five Ligue 1 home games and three of Paris’ four victories this season have been by one goal.
