Napoli vs FK Qarabag Predictions

Conte’s side could catch up  

Napoli should be able to make up some lost ground in the Champions League on Tuesday when they face a Qarabag side that have not fared well against Italian sides in the past.

The Azeris have proved tricky opponents for the likes of Chelsea and Benfica already this season, but Antonio Conte’s side should have too much energy and quality for them at Stadio Diego Armando Maradona.

The stadium is a bit of a fortress in Europe with Napoli having lost only one of their last 19 Champions League matches at home, winning 11 and drawing the other seven. They regained the winning thread on Saturday against Atalanta after stumbling against Bologna, Como and Eintracht Frankfurt earlier this month.

Hojlund has qualities to quash Qarabag 

Their Scottish contingent will have returned in good spirits from the international break and Rasmus Hojlund’s performances have also been encouraging. His unselfish running could be the key to opening up a Qarabag defence that will sit deep and try to soak up pressure.

Napoli are a good bet to win this one, but the visitors have shown enough on their previous away trips this season to suggest they can get on the scoresheet too.

Qarabag have scored in all nine competitive away games this term, including three at Estadio da Luz against Benfica and one at the San Mames.
