Nice vs Bordeaux Predictions

• Nice were on course to beat Marseille last week but the match was abandoned
• Bordeaux are yet to win this season and have lost four of their last six competitive away games
• Nice are yet to concede in Ligue 1

In-form Nice can see off Bordeaux

Nice appeared on course to beat Marseille last weekend until the game at the Allianz Riviera was ultimately abandoned after a mass pitch invasion.

That will detract from the fine start they’ve made to the Ligue 1 campaign, but it may not have any bearing on their form and they should have too much quality for visitors Bordeaux on Saturday.

Les Aiglons are yet to concede after two games and they were beating Marseille 1-0 when that match was suspended in the closing stages of the contest.  

Bordeaux, who have two points to show from three games, have managed goals in each of their last two fixtures but Nice’s defensive record suggest a home win to nil could be on the cards here.

New manager Christophe Galtier has managed to quickly turn Nice into a tough defensive unit and a 2-0 home win is my pick in the correct score market.
