North Macedonia beat Slovenia 2-1 here in Euro 2020 qualifying and they can repeat the trick on Tuesday evening in preparation for this summer’s finals.

Igor Angelovski’s side will head into the championships as rank outsiders, but they’re continually underestimated by the bookmakers despite such a marked rise over the last few years.

They recorded their best ever victory last time out with a superb 1-2 success in Germany and have won six of their last seven home internationals (D1), including that aforementioned triumph over this week’s opponents in Skopje 18 months ago.

Their tremendous run on home soil stretches back to late 2017 with 12 wins posted in their last 15 outings (D1, L2) and the 5/4 about Angelovski’s charges this Tuesday looks an absolute steal – especially considering the Slovenians have lost their last two and four of their last seven away trips.

There may not be too much in it in terms of the score-line, but we’re confident that North Macedonia can deliver again here and another 2-1 score-line in their favour could be on the cards.
