Luton are the bet away at Northampton on Saturday. Jack Wilshere’s side travel to Sixfields to face Kevin Nolan’s team and can get the win.

This is a mid-table clash, with Luton 13th and Northampton 11th. Both teams have lost more games than they’ve won this season; Luton have won five of their 12 games, while Northampton also have five wins from their 13 matches.

Northampton have been in patchy form recently, with two wins, one draw and three defeats in their last six League One games. They upset the odds to beat Bolton 2-0 at odds of 17/5, but also lost to Reading, Rotherham and Wycombe.

The hosts’ struggles in front of goal are a concern. No team has failed to score in more League One games this season than Northampton, who have gone six games without finding the net. They have scored just six goals at home in the league this term, averaging one per game.

A 1-0 away win for Luton looks a decent correct-score bet. Ten of Northampton’s 13 league matches this season have finished with under 2.5 goals, and they have been beaten by a single goal in two of their last three League One matches.
