Leipzig are looking to stop the rot

A run of four defeats across the last six games has hardly served as ideal preparations for the current DFB Pokal holders, RB Leipzig, who’s top-four hopes in the Bundesliga are slowly fading away. Leipzig have conceded 11 goals without reply across their last three games but they will hope to end that run against a Borussia Dortmund side reeling from a 4-2 defeat last time out.

Dortmund were knocked off their perch by their bitter rivals Bayern Munich last time out, although they’ll hope to bounce back immediately after reaching the quarter final stage with relative ease, bagging at least two goals in each prior stage.

Games between these sides often throw up some high-scoring feasts for the neutral as well, with six of the last seven competitive H2Hs seeing both teams score and at least three goals in the game. As such, we predict we may see more of the same here from two strong attacking sides!
