Ross County vs Rangers Predictions
- Ross County have scored in all seven of their games this season.
- Rangers have the second leg of a finely poised European qualifier to come next week.
- Rangers have just one clean sheet in six games this season.
Rangers have PSV distraction
Rangers head to Ross County in the Premiership on Saturday but they will probably be looking ahead to a tough trip to Eindhoven in midweek.
The Ibrox side played out a 2-2 draw with PSV in Glasgow in midweek to leave their Champions League hopes in the balance, and they may opt to rest a few players for Saturday’s Premiership game with one eye on that second leg.
Ross County in good scoring form
Both teams to score stands out as the main bet here irrespective of the fact Rangers have a European qualifier to contend with.
Ross County are yet to draw a blank this season after seven games but have conceded in six of those themselves.
Rangers have seen both teams score in four of their last five games and have only managed one shut-out in six games this term across all competitions. The Glasgow giants have also struggled for clean sheets on the road for a while now, managing just one in their last eight trips across all competitions.
Rangers won both league meetings between these sides last season and even if boss Michael Beale does decide to rotate they should still be able to come away with maximum points. Both wins last season were by one-goal margins, however, so a comprehensive win for the visitors looks less likely and a 2-1 victory for Rangers is the correct score prediction.
