From very early on this season there has looked like a group of five or six teams that are going to be involved in the relegation scrap and these are certainly two of them. However, of that group Depor look the side most capable of pulling themselves clear of danger, certainly the way they’ve played in some of their recent matches.

Up front Florin Andone, their main summer signing, has gone from transfer flop to striking sensation in a matter of weeks. He failed to score in his first 10 games for the club but has hit 5 goals in 5 games since then and looks the business all of a sudden at this level after a prolific Segunda Division campaign last term. The Romanian’s confidence must be sky high now and backing Andone to score anytime at 8/5 looks a good bet here and he’s been well supported by Carles Gil and Joselu in recent weeks, after both players struggled in the Premier League last term.

They should all enjoy themselves here against a really poor Osasuna defence. The Pamplona side have conceded 2.13 goals per game on average this season and 2.43 goals per game on their travels so it’s no surprise to see them propping up the table with the division’s worst defensive record. They come into this game on the back of 6 straight defeats in all competitions meaning new boss Joaquín Caparrós is yet to avoid defeat since taking over last month.

With Depor looking much improved, particularly up top, they should have too much firepower for Osasuna and backing Deportivo La Coruna & Over 2.5 Match Goals at 6/4 looks to offer really good value.
