Sheffield United vs Crewe Betting Tips & Predictions

Sheffield United have been very hit and miss this season, with injuries troubling much of their season and hampering Nigel Adkins’ ability to nail down a regular starting 11. This has been reflected in their league position, and they come into this match in a disappointing 12th position in League One.

They are only six points adrift of the last of the playoff positions to be fair, but it seems unlikely that they can better all of the six teams challenging for that position for the remainder of the season, so nobody is expecting them to make the playoffs again after last term.

To be fair, Crewe have only lost two of their last six away days in League One and have picked up impressive points at Rochdale, Millwall, and Southend United during this period. Sheffield United, on the other hand, have only won two of their last six matches at Bramall Lane.
