Sligo Rovers vs Dundalk Predictions

Sligo Rovers look a value bet against out-of-sorts Dundalk at the Showgrounds.

Dundalk’s collapse has been quite incredible. They are a defensive mess at the moment and fell apart in that regard in their Champions League qualifier against NK Celje on Wednesday, meaning they have now gone behind in three of their last four games.

Sligo have beaten Derry, Shelbourne and Waterford since lockdown and are in better form than Dundalk, with the champions looking a terrible price on their recent form.

Perhaps Vinny Perth will mix it up but he did that on Tuesday and some of his key players are clearly underperforming for whatever reason. Sligo could push for a European place and they have more attacking quality than has been the case for some time. They look excellent value.
