Strasbourg have been in fine form in front of goal at home this season, scoring 13 times in six games, and they are the best bet to secure victory against Brest on Sunday.

Brest’s recent away form has been poor, with six defeats in their last eight Ligue 1 games on the road. They have failed to win any of their last three away games and have lost their last two.

Strasbourg are in excellent form at home, having won their last three Ligue 1 games and just one of their last six on the road.

Strasbourg have been impressive defensively at home this season, conceding just two goals in six Ligue 1 games – an average of 0.33 goals per game. In contrast, Brest have failed to keep a clean sheet in five of their last six games.

A 2-0 home win for Strasbourg looks a decent correct-score option. Six of Brest’s last eight Ligue 1 games have ended with at least one of the sides failing to score, and two of their six defeats this season have been by a two-goal margin.
