Bayern may not have things all their own way

Bayern Munich are the most successful team in the history of the DFB-Pokal but they have not claimed the title since 2020 and will be keen to make amends this season.

Having brushed aside Cologne 4-1 in the previous round, the Bavarians turn their attention to Union Berlin in the last 16 and Vincent Kompany won’t want to take too many risks with his team selection.

It means that Bayern have been held to score draws on three of their last four visits to the German capital and backing both teams to score may be a safer approach than ploughing into the Bundesliga champions at prohibitive odds.
