Our resident NBA tipster only started posting his same-game parlays this week and very nearly hit a debut winner on Tuesday, only to be denied by a shortage of two points from Kuzma in the Nets vs Wizards, but Friday saw his expertise pay off in emphatic fashion.
He targeted the Grizzlies vs Nuggets game overnight and lined up a tasty 22/1 shot on Betfair. Here’s his selections in full:
- Memphis Grizzlies 1-10 win margin
- Ja Morant over 27.5 points
- Nikola Jokic over 1.5 made threes
- Aaron Gordon over 14.5 points
Our tipster predicted a tight Grizzlies win and that outcome never looked in doubt, with the scores never being separated by any more than nine points at the end of each quarter, while Ja Morant landed his leg with ease as he topped the charts with 38 points.
Nuggets centre Nikola Jokic scraped by with a couple of three pointers in his 26-point haul – his fourth straight triple-double – while teammate Aaron Gordon scored 16 points to land the final leg of our 22/1 Bet Builder!

17/2 NHL acca and Australian Open Best Bet round off the winners
Our overnight tipsters were certainly in form on Friday as many of our followers woke up to two more winners from the NHL and the Australian Open.
Over in the world of ice hockey we tipped up four teams to win:
- Pittsburgh Penguins money line (at Columbus Blue Jackets)
- Dallas Stars money line (at Detroit Red Wings)
- Florida Panthers money line (at Vancouver Canucks)
- St Louis Blues money line (at Seattle Kraken)
The Penguins and the Blues were dominant in their respective 5-2 and 5-0 wins but the nerves were on edge at Detroit and Vancouver.
The Dallas Stars required almost three minutes of overtime to separate their 4-4 score at the Red Wings, while the Panthers were pushed even closer. Their trip to Vancouver ended 1-1 and overtime was scoreless, leaving the Panthers to win the tie on penalties and land our 17/2 acca!
Meanwhile, over in Australia our Tennis Best Bet backers were rooting for Barbora Krejcikova to win Victoria Azarenka, with the 26-year-old Czech duly obliging in straight sets.
