The international break can be a rough ride for punters but the FST tipsters are here to guide you through the minefield and, once again, they have come up trumps by landing some tasty winners.

The headline event came in Spain as we tipped up a 26/1 double, but there were two more football winners alongside a clean sweep in the NHL on Sunday night.

Let’s take a look at how it unfolded.

Spanish success as tipsters land 26/1 BTTS & Win double!

Kicking off at 15:15 GMT, our Both Teams to Score & Win double took us to sunny Spain as we backed both Valladolid and Racing Santander to claim the points but concede en-route.

And the results?

  • Valladolid 3-1 Eibar
  • Racing Santander 2-1 Eldense

It wasn’t all plain sailing, though. The first game got underway in Valladolid and saw Jon Bautista put the visitors ahead inside the opening two minutes, and the hosts were still trailing at the break despite a red card for Eibar.

Fortunately for the home faithful, Valladolid came out swinging in the second half, equalising in the 57th minute and scoring twice more in the following 12 minutes to claim a comfortable win in the end.

Things were even more tense in Santander, despite Racing going 1-0 up halfway through the first half. The scoreline remained the same until the 71st minute, when Roko Baturina doubled the hosts’ lead to give us some hope, but we were left biting our nails until the dying embers of the game before a 93rd-minute consolation for Eldense landed us a massive winner!

4/1 Goals Galore double and 13/10 Overnight Best Bet round off Sunday

That late, late goal in Santander also put our 4/1 Goals Galore Double on the right track, with a trip to Colombia later on that evening landing us a modest winner, courtesy of three first-half goals in Atletico Bucuramanga vs Envigado!

Even later, our gaze turned towards Texas as two old rivals faced off in the CONCACAF Nations League Final.

Our 13/10 Overnight Best Bet tipped the United States to maintain their 100% record in the competition and win it for a third successive time and they did just that against Mexico, with a goal on the brink of half time being followed by a Gio Reyna goal partway through the second half.

Ice hockey experts bag NHL clean sweep

Remaining in North America, our ice hockey experts enjoyed a wonderful night as they tipped up winners in all three bets.

There was little in the way of drama as the Carolina Hurricanes, Florida Panthers and Montreal Canadiens sailed to victory, with the only slightly nervy moment coming in the closing stages in Carolina as the Maple Leafs found a late consolation.

All being told, these three winners landed us a 4/1 NHL Treble, a 6/4 NHL Double and a 13/10 NHL Best Bet!
