The Finals Hotshots Accumulator: 600/1 Goalscorers tip for 6 huge games!

Before becoming a Sports Journalist for Free Super Tips, Aaron spent three years studying Sports Journalism at the University of Sunderland while taking in the Black Cats' 'glory years' under Martin O'Neill. Now back in Northern Ireland he turns niche stats into predictions for FST, while he's one of the few people on this island who is equally comfortable at Windsor Park and the Aviva.

The Premier League season may be over, but this week features some huge cup finals from around Europe. The Europa League final takes place on Wednesday night, while there are four massive domestic cup clashes on Saturday before Southampton and Leeds meet in the Championship playoff final.

Those clashes will be decided by big moments and with that in mind, I’ve picked out six players who look good for a vital goal in this week’s big games. This 618/1 Finals edition of our Hotshots Accumulator is priced up with bet365, who are running a great new customer offer in time for Euro 2024!

The Finals Hotshots Accumulator

Atalanta vs Bayer Leverkusen

Atalanta forward Gianluca Scamacca has been key in their run to the Europa League final. He’s scored six times in their previous seven in Europe, popping up with vital strikes in some tough away games.

Scamacca has scored at Sporting, Liverpool and Marseille and he should be key again against Leverkusen. Back the former West Ham man to continue his strong finish to the season with a goal in Dublin.

Tip: Gianluca Scamacca to score anytime

Manchester City vs Manchester United

Foden stepped up again in the final game of the Premier League season to ease any City nerves. His first-half brace put the champions on course to retain their crown, while taking him to a career-high 26 goals in the campaign.

Foden can cap off a great year with a goal at Wembley, having troubled Manchester United frequently in the last couple of years. He has scored six times across their last four league clashes, so back the England international to strike in the FA Cup final.

Tip: Phil Foden to score anytime

Celtic vs Rangers

Matt O’Riley had an incredible finish to the campaign, scoring in seven of Celtic’s final nine matches as they retained the Scottish Premiership title.

The Bhoys are hoping to complete a league and cup double and O’Riley will be key once again. He scored in both meetings with Rangers during that nine-game stretch, while he also netted against Aberdeen in the Scottish Cup semi-final. Back him to trouble the Gers once again.

Tip: Matt O’Riley to score anytime

Kaiserslautern vs Leverkusen

Florian Wirtz is the star of this incredible Leverkusen side and the German playmaker has 11 Bundesliga goals to his name this season. He chipped in with a brace in the semi-finals of the DFB Pokal to send his side to the final.

With Leverkusen taking on a Kaiserslautern side who spent much of the season struggling in the second-tier, this should be a fun evening for their forwards. Wirtz should have far too much quality for the underdogs, making him a great anytime goalscorer option.

Tip: Florian Wirtz to score anytime

Lyon vs PSG

Kylian Mbappe didn’t start in PSG’s final Ligue 1 game, but the French forward should feature for the final time against Lyon in the Coupe de France final.

Mbappe has fired PSG to the final with eight goals in the competition this term. He’s also scored in 11 of his last 12 appearances in the French Cup, so he looks like a good bet to trouble Lyon. PSG won 4-1 in both Ligue 1 clashes between these two teams this term so Mbappe can expect plenty of chances.

Tip: Kylian Mbappe to score anytime

Leeds vs Southampton

Adam Armstrong is having his best season with Southampton after scoring 23 times in the Championship this term. The forward hit a brace against West Brom to send the Saints to Wembley and he can find the net on the big stage.

Armstrong is Southampton’s biggest scoring threat and he has caused problems for Leeds already this term. He fired the opener when these two sides met earlier this month, while he struck twice in a 3-1 victory for Southampton in September.

Tip: Adam Armstrong to score anytime
