AFC Eskilstuna vs IFK Norrkoping Predictions

This Sunday’s clash in the Swedish Allsvenskan sees AFC Eskilstuna go in search of their first win since the opening day of the season. They are up against a Norrkoping side that is safely positioned in mid-table but in decent form heading into this match following a couple of key wins in recent weeks.

The visitors are the clear favourites having taken 7 points from their last 3 games. The 2-2 draw at high-flying Hammarby last time out was perhaps as impressive as either of the previous wins. Norrkoping’s failure to convert one point into three away so far also suggests they don’t really justify their status as such strong favourites with the bookies here. They’ve only won once in 6 away league outings this term and that was only by a single goal at Orebro. Their average of 1.17 points per game on the road isn’t really enough for a side which was hoping to push at the very top.
