AFC Wimbledon vs Cheltenham Predictions

Both teams are draw specialists 

These two sides have combined for 22 draws this season and both can be firmly lobbed in the ‘draw specialist’ category. Under 2.5 goals has hit in both of these teams last six matches and it is hard to see where the goals are going to come from in this one. Wimbledon’s cause hasn’t been helped by the departure of leading frontman Ollie Palmer who joined Wrexham last week.

Hard to make a strong case for either side  

It is desperately difficult to split these two sides. Both teams have identical records in their last five matches, four draws and a defeat. Wimbledon haven’t won in their last nine, whilst for Cheltenham it is now no win in their last eleven, both teams are now firmly in the relegation battle. Tuesday’s game looks set to be a cagey affair with both teams wary of giving up ground in their fight for survival.

I can’t see where the goals are going to come from for either side and I am expecting a very tight game. I will side with the draw as the main selection in this one.
