Rochdale and Boreham Wood meet in the National League play-off final on Sunday in a huge game for both clubs.

Dale are bidding to return to the EFL after a three-year absence, while the Wood are seeking to reach the Football League for the first time in their history.

Rochdale were on course to win the league and promotion until the dying stages of the game in their final day clash with York but a last-gasp equaliser saw the Minstermen promoted and consigned the Lancashire outfit to the play-offs. Boreham Wood have had to do it the hard way after finishing fourth. They edged out Forest Green in extra time in their elimination play-off before scraping through via the same method against Carlisle in the semi-finals.
