Hajduk Split host Pafos in the first leg of this Europe League qualifier. Hajduk come into the game in strong form, winning four of their last five matches, including a convincing 2-0 home victory over Zilina in the previous round. However, they were beaten 2-1 away from home in the second leg, 

Pafos have also shown plenty of attacking quality in recent friendlies, scoring in three of their last five matches despite facing some tough opposition in pre-season. While they have suffered defeats against Slovan Bratislava and Jagiellonia. They achieved Champions League football for the first time in the clubs history last season, and even picked up 9 points in the league round, with two wins and three draws, a huge achievement for a club of their size. 

This looks a 50;50 tie on paper. While the standard in the Croatian league is slightly stronger than the Cyprus league, Pafos have proven they can play against the bigger European sides and would have gained valuable experience last season.
