Narrow win for visitors

Freiburg got a big win in their last Bundesliga game and they look a good bet to follow it up away at Heidenheim on Saturday. Julian Schuster’s side can get the win at Voith-Arena.

They were 4-0 winners against Mainz last weekend, restricting them to one shot on target. SC Freiburg were 19/20 to win the game and have won two of the three matches in which they have been odds-on this season.

Freiburg are eight places and eight points above Heidenheim in the table. The hosts are 16th with two wins and eight losses, while Freiburg sit eighth with four wins, four draws and four defeats from their 12 games.

The visitors have the edge up front. Heidenheim have only managed six goals at home this season in the Bundesliga, but Freiburg are in excellent form going forward. They have scored at least twice in four of their last six league games.

The hosts look vulnerable at the back. It has been seven home games since Heidenheim last kept out their opponents, and they have failed to keep a clean sheet in their last 13 games in the league.

Heidenheim are struggling to get results, having failed to win six of their last seven Bundesliga games. They have managed just one victory in their last ten home matches.

Freiburg were 1-0 winners against Heidenheim last time they met in the Bundesliga and a narrow win looks on the cards again.
