Hertha Berlin are building a head of steam

After making their joint-worst ever four game start to a Bundesliga season, Hertha Berlin have bitten back with a four-game unbeaten run up to this point. The hosts have held European participants Bayer Leverkusen and the strong-starting Hoffenheim at bay during this time, suggesting that they won’t lie down easy.

The club had been rattled in recent weeks with assistant manager Mark Fotheringham leaving for pastures new in Huddersfield, but that didn’t stop Hertha from recording a third consecutive draw in their most recent encounter.

Winless in each of their first four home league games this term, many will be expecting a resurgent performance from the Berliners as they’ve never went five without a win to open a Bundesliga home campaign since 2003!
