Juventus To Win To Nil

Reason for tip

Juventus are without a win in four Serie A matches but with three of those coming against sides in the top five, they should find things much easier when hosting second-bottom Pisa. The visitors have gone 16 games without a victory and a third straight loss to nil is on the cards.

Juventus 3-0

Reason for tip

Juve cruised to a 2-0 victory in December’s reverse fixture and it should be even plainer sailing on home soil. The Old Lady proved their attacking prowess when putting three past both Galatasaray and Roma last week and can match that scoring tally against relegation-threatened Pisa.

Juventus vs Pisa Predictions

  • Juventus have gone four games without a Serie A win, losing twice
  • Pisa’s winless run now stands at 16 games and includes ten defeats
  • Juventus have never lost to Pisa in Serie A, winning 11 of the previous 15 head-to-heads

Old Lady likely to bounce back to winning ways

Luciano Spalletti got off to a great start as Juventus manager but four-game winless run in Serie A has severely hurt their hopes of finishing in the top four.

However, those matches came against top-five Roma, Como and Inter Milan and a talented Lazio side and they have a golden opportunity to get back to winning ways on Saturday as second-bottom Pisa visit Turin.

The visitors are rapidly running out of time to salvage their Serie A status and a 16-match winless run does nothing to suggest Oscar Hiljemark’s side will turn their season around at the Juventus Stadium.

Pisa’s scoring problems set to go on

Pisa’s biggest problem is scoring goals. No Serie A team has failed to score in more games than their 14 this term and the same issue is likely to plague them against Juventus, who, excluding extra-time, have won four of their last six home matches to nil.

Spalletti’s side need a convincing win to put pressure on the likes of Roma and Como. Luckily, an excellent head-to-head record of 11 wins and four draws from 15 Serie A head-to-heads suggests this is the perfect chance to get that.
