Las Palmas vs Eibar Betting Tips

It’s a long trip for little Eibar from the Pyrenees to Canary Islands and they make it having failed to win any of their 4 La Liga matches last month. However there is still plenty for them to be optimistic about and a record of just 1 defeat so far has once again proved the pre-season doubters wrong.

They have thrown away winning positions in their last two matches, letting a 2 goal lead slip against Levante and again conceding late on to draw 1-1 with Celta Vigo. They have only once conceded the 1st goal in a match this season but their failure to close matches out when they’re playing well may come back to haunt them.

With confidence in the camp high and back at the Estadio de Gran Canaria, they’ll be confident of another win. Eibar will be missing quite a few players for this game too with the likes of Borja Ekiza, Keko, Ivan Ramis, Antonio Luna, Jaime Jimenez and Lillo Castellano all likely to be missing.

Therefore Las Palmas look good value for the win at 11/10. They have been pretty solid at the back so far only conceding 1 goal in 3 matches at home after consecutive home clean sheets in the play-offs last year to help them seal promotion.

A repeat of their 2-0 win over Sevilla here last time out could be on the cards and can be backed at 8/1.
