Immobile to lead Lazio to victory

Lazio made it eight games unbeaten on Saturday with a comfortable victory at Crotone, and they will be hoping to move top of their Champions League group with victory on Tuesday.

The Italians made an emphatic return to the competition with their 3-1 win over Borussia Dortmund in matchday one, but they haven’t been able to build on that victory and have played out subsequent draws at Club Brugge and Zenit. However, back at the Stadio Olimpico they will be expected to put on a show.

Zenit have lost two of their three group games so far, and while they are underdogs here they could still threaten a fairly fragile Lazio back line. Zenit have failed to score in just one of their last 12 competitive games and they face a Lazio side that have conceded in nine of their last ten.
