Leyton Orient have the fifth best home record in League Two this season, already registering six wins in eleven outings at Brisbane Road, compared to just one victory on the road.

They started the season by keeping a string of clean sheets at home, five in six games in fact, but that stubborn defence has become more fallible lately, conceding in four of their last five.

However, The O’s have scored in five successive home matches, registering 15 goals in the process, and they are well fancied to carry that record on in this fixture.

Bristol Rovers proving inconsistent

Bristol Rovers have not enjoyed the season they might have expected on their return to League Two, and part of the reason for that is their inconsistent form.

They beat Rochdale 4-2 last time out but have won back-to-back victories just once this season and registered only two wins in ten attempts away from home.

They still score plenty on the road, netting in eight of those matches, but they concede too many too, keeping just one clean sheet, with both teams scoring in seven of those ten games.

Neither of these sides have played since December 11th, with both teams having three successive games called off due to COVID-19, so any concerns over rustiness should cancel each other out.

I predict that both teams will score as they are each strong in front of goal, but it will be in vein for Bristol Rovers as I am predicting Leyton Orient will win 2-1.
