Lincoln finally finding form?

Lincoln have not had things all their own way this season, but a recent revival has seen them pick up three wins in four matches to pull four points clear of the relegation zone.

Only one of those victories has come at Sincil Bank, though, where the Imps have tasted success on just three occasions in the league, and have only kept two clean sheets in 17 games in all competitions.

Michael Appleton’s side are beginning to find the back of the net themselves though. They have scored in five of their last six matches home and away, with both teams scoring in four of those outings.

Burton need to find some consistency

Burton lie ten points off the top six, with a disappointing away record of just three wins in 13 games holding back their push for a return to the Championship.

The Brewers beat struggling Gillingham 3-1 in their last fixture on the road, one of four successive matches on their travels which has seen both teams score.

Indeed, conceding goals has been a problem. They have only kept four clean sheets in 15 away fixtures, with teams scoring in seven of their last eight at all venues.

Neither of these teams are particularly good in defence, so I predict both teams to score. A correct score prediction is a little trickier, but I think Lincoln could nick it, so I select 2-1 to the Imps.
