Mexico vs Brazil Predictions
- Five of Brazil’s last seven games have gone under 2.5 goals
- Mexico have lost three of their last five, conceding nine in the process
- Three of the last four meetings between these two have ended 2-0 to Brazil
Both teams struggling for form
Brazil and Mexico have both been struggling recently and with Copa America on the horizon, the Selecao decided to make a change by bringing in new manager Dorival Junior. He beat England 1-0 in his first game before securing a 3-3 draw with Spain.
The true test of his managerial reign will come in the upcoming tournament and he will want his team to get off to a good start to the summer with a warm up win over Mexico in Texas.
El Tri have lost four of their last seven games, including defeats to Honduras, Colombia and rivals the United States. They were beaten 4-0 by Uruguay in their last outing and look vulnerable once more against Brazil.
The South American giants have won three of the last four meetings between these two without conceding and a repeat of that is the selection.
Brazil fancied to edge it
Brazil have improved in their short time under new boss Dorival Junior and clearly have the superior squad of these two teams, three of the last four meetings between these two have finished 2-0 to the Selecao and a similar scoreline could come to pass once more.
