      QPR vs Leeds Predictions

Leeds brought in Steve Evans over a month ago now to replace Uwe Rosler and it has been a mixed start for the former Rotherham boss. 2 wins, 2 draws and 2 defeats haven’t done much to change Leeds position in the table. Just when a corner appeared to have been turned they sank to a 1-0 defeat against the struggling Millers at Elland Road last weekend and some of that momentum will certainly of worn off coming into this game.

QPR sacked manager Chris Ramsey earlier in the month and Neil Warnock has come in but only it would seem as a temporary fix. Rangers have only taken 1 point from their last 4 Championship games and as a result are only 1 point and 1 place above Leeds in the standings and already any hopes of an immediate return to the top flight are looking bleak.

This game is unlikely to have many goals in it. QPR haven’t scored in any of their last 4 matches but have only conceded 3 times in three separate 1-0 defeats, all away from home. Both teams have scored in none of their last 6 matches and 2 of their last 3 games at Loftus Road have finished goalless.

Given it is also 6 matches since both teams scored in a game involving Leeds, there is plenty of reason to back ‘No’ in the ‘Both Teams to Score’ market here at odds of 4/5.

Most of QPR’s poor results have been away from home and they are unbeaten in 5 at Loftus Road and have only lost once in the league on the ground all season. Leeds though are more comfortable on the road where they have only been beaten once all season in the league so that makes things a little more interesting.

QPR do have that bit of extra quality in their ranks though you feel and the hosts might just nick this and you can back them to win 1-0 at odds of 11/2.
