Leipzig ready to find their feet back at home

The international break probably came at a good time for RB Leipzig after they suffered a 1-0 defeat at Bochum just a few days after their 7-0 Champions League thumping at Manchester City.

Marco Rose’s team have had time to lick their wounds, and the realisation will have dawned that they are still in the fight to get back to Europe’s top table next term, and their home form is a cause for optimism as they face Mainz on Saturday.

While their defence took an Erling Haaland-inspired battering at the Etihad, Leipzig have been strong at the other end.
