Moreirense look decent value to win away at Santa Clara on Sunday. The visitors can get the three points at Estadio do Sao Miguel.

Santa Clara finished fifth in the Primeira Liga last season with 17 wins, six draws and 11 losses, whilst Moreirense ended up tenth with ten wins, ten draws and 14 defeats.

Moreirense’s 2-1 win over promoted Alverca in their opening Primeira Liga game of the season was a hard-fought victory.

Santa Clara, in Conference League qualifying action against Larne on Thursday, will have one eye on next week’s tie with Shamrock Rovers, and could be distracted for this contest.
