Serbia vs Norway Predictions
- There have been at least three goals scored in four of Serbia’s last five matches.
- The hosts have opened the scoring in seven of their last nine games.
It’s always fun in Belgrade
The hosts kick-off their Nations League campaign by welcoming Norway to Belgrade and they’re in good spirits after securing their place in the World Cup finals. They did that in dramatic fashion as they snatched automatic qualification away from Portugal deep into injury time. They’ll be looking to continue their form and build some momentum ahead of the winter tournament. Their last four home matches have all been exciting affairs with an average of 4.5 goals being scored in that time.
Norway have a pretty hectic schedule as after this match, they face a double-header against fellow Nordic side Sweden home and away with a home match against Slovenia in-between. Despite boasting a plethora of attacking talent, they were nullified far too often and missed out on World Cup qualification. However, they were conceding less than a goal per game on average but you have to feel they’ll want to put an end to their goalscoring woes.
Goals the way to go
We’ll oppose the market here and side with at least three goals being scored in this match. The visitors will look to make things click up front and given how entertaining the hosts’ home matches have been, we like the price on the overs.
