Torino vs Sampdoria Predictions

Torino looking to bounce back

Torino saw their three match winning streak come to an end in their last outing as they fell to a 2-1 defeat away to Bologna. But they’ll be happy to return to Stadio Olimpico di Torino where they have lost just one of their last four and they’ll feel they can get the better of Sampdoria outfit that have been struggling and currently sit in 19th place.

Relegation-threatened Sampdoria have had an extremely difficult time of things this season. They sit second bottom in the league standings and have the worst home form in the division. Their only victory has come away from home and although they are the lowest scorers in the league, that have successfully scored in four of their previous five road matches, only failing to slot against Inter Milan, and they can at least get on the scoresheet here.

Hosts to edge a win despite both teams slotting

Both of these sides have shown plenty of vulnerabilities in the defensive department and we think that will be the case once again here. We think Torino will win but we also like both teams to fire and that will be our play.
