QPR vs Brentford Predictions

Last weekend brought a setback for an improving QPR side, who had their rise up the ranks derailed. They lost 1-0 away to Blackburn Rovers, which knocked the Rs back down to 11^th place in the table. They remain just three points shy of the top six, which marks a remarkable turnaround for Steve McClaren’s side of late. Will they be on top form once again when they meet Brentford at Loftus Road this weekend?

QPR approach this one with four wins in their last six, including back to back home victories to nil. They have certainly tightened up at the back, and we see them punishing a Brentford side who are in awful form defensively on their travels. We’re going with a home success on Saturday for McClaren’s side, given that the Bees have lost three of their last four outings. We don’t see the hosts pulling off a thumping, and we’re backing another QPR clean sheet in a narrow 1-0 home victory.
