La Liga Predictions FAQs

You’re in safe hands. Before making each La Liga prediction our experts analyse statistics, look at potential angles and compare them with bookmaker odds. It’s hard to be better informed!

From a technical point of view, there’s no better division in the world. Spanish teams dominated Europe in the 2010s, reflecting the extremely high standard of football in their native leagues. For us, quality football equates to quality betting. What’s more, this is the home of the famed ‘El Clasico’, in which Real Madrid and Barcelona meet in football’s highest-profile match-up. Right, let’s dive in with your questions!

When do you post your predictions?

Our La Liga betting previews cover every single game and are posted two to three days before each game kicks off. For midweek matches, predictions will be available from Monday evening. By posting our La Liga tips early, we make sure we get the best value from the bookmakers while also giving you plenty of time to digest our predictions.

How to bet on La Liga today

What’s the playing style like in La Liga?

Influenced by the country’s heat, Spanish football is known for its technical style of play, where passing and possession are all-important. Teams will keep the ball on the floor, avoiding long balls and crosses. Players tend to be smaller and lighter than in other leagues, while tactics, particularly in attack, are highly advanced.

Since the league’s creation in 1930, Real Madrid have won the most La Liga titles with 33. They are closely followed by Barcelona on 26 wins, while Atletico Madrid have won 10.
