The night started off in Arizona where Calgary dominated the home team Coyotes. Noah Hanifan and Mark Jankowski each scored two goals a piece in the win which was pretty much sealed after 2 periods when the Flames were up 4:0. In the end it finished 6:1 Calgary as they remained top of the Pacific Division.

Tampa Bay continued the winning ways in the 2nd game of the Acca as they routed the New Jersey Devils. A strong first period ensured an easy game from then on as they scored 4 to take a commanding 4-1 lead. In the end it finished 5-2 to Tampa who continue to lead the Atlantic Division with their 17-6 record.

Nashville took care of business at home against the Anaheim Ducks. It was a close game as the Predators led only 3-2 heading into the final period, but Austin Watson ensured they wouldn’t lose this one! He scored a hat-trick as the home side netted on two power play goals and it was enough for a 5-2 win here.

And finally we opted for a more safer option on the LA Kings in the final game of the Acca. Proved unnecessary as the Kings beat the Edmonton Oilers with a convincing 5-2 scoreline. The Pacific division rivals were locked at 2-2 heading into the 3rd and decisive period but then the Kings switched into another gear and scored 3 goals to seal a convincing win and more importantly land our Acca!
