The Champions League continues on Wednesday with eight games and we’ve picked out a 52/1 player bets accumulator ahead of the action.

The fixtures involving Premier League pair Manchester United and Chelsea are included on this bet, alongside Bayern Munich’s trip to Benfica and Lille’s home game against Sevilla.

Wednesday’s Champions League player specials accumulator

Manchester United vs Atalanta

Josip Ilicic to score

Atalanta’s modest budget hasn’t stopped them putting together the best attacking force in Italy, with their front three proving to be a real threat again this season. Midfielder Josip Ilicic returned from scoring three goals during the international break by scoring twice at the weekend. Ilicic has scored in wins at Anfield and the Mestalla in the past for Atalanta and looks a contender for a goal against Manchester United at Old Trafford on Wednesday.

Chelsea vs Malmo

Erdal Rakip to be booked

Malmo face a tough game at Chelsea on Wednesday and one player who isn’t afraid to get stuck in is North Macedonian midfielder Erdal Rakip. The 25-year-old has been booked four times in Sweden’s Allsvenskan in 19 games this season and was shown a yellow card at Zenit St Petersburg in Malmo’s last European assignment. Rakip is averaging 2.5 fouls per-game in the Champions League this season, and could be in line for a card at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday.

Lille ve Sevilla

Renato Sanches to be booked

Lille midfielder Renato Sanches returned to the starting line-up in the defeat at Clermont over the weekend and picked up a yellow card. The Portuguese midfielder now has two bookings in his last three starts and in last season’s Europa League was booked twice in four appearances. With Sanches likely to be busy in midfield on Wednesday, we’re expecting him to be shown a yellow card at some point.

Benfica vs Bayern Munich

Robert Lewandowski to score

Bayern Munich striker Robert Lewandowski started October with an almost inexplicable three-game run without a goal for club and country but was back on form at the weekend with two goals in a 5-1 thrashing of Bayer Leverkusen. The Polish striker was removed from the action for the final 30 minutes to keep him fresh for the Champions League trip to Benfica, and he should be able to add to his goals tally in Lisbon having managed four in just two games in the competition this season.
